This Privacy Policy explains what data Netlio collects, uses, and discloses about you when you visit or use our websites and applications (collectively, “our Services”).

1. What data do we collect?
We collect three basic categories of data:
(1) Data you voluntarily provide to us (For our Services User)
Registration and Login Data. When you create an account to register for our services, we may collect your email address and verification code to create your account and log you in. Additionally, when you log into your account, we collect your login data. If you log in via a third-party account, we may collect third-party account data (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft) that you actively link to us.
User Uploaded Content. When you use our services for social relationship analysis, we will collect your contacts data, provided that you have authorized us to access your contacts. You are responsible for ensuring that any contact, prospect, business relationship, or other personal information you upload or connect to the Services has been lawfully collected and may lawfully be disclosed to and processed by us for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Input Content. When you use AI Agent-related features, we will collect the input data and files you actively provide and share them with third-party AI services (such as Claude) in order to offer you AI-related services. You may withdraw your authorization at any time by clicking [Setting]>[AI Processing Permission ]. Please rest assured that neither we nor our third-party providers will use the content you upload to train AI models.
Transaction Data. If you purchase paid services we offer, we may receive data about your transactions, such as the transaction time or subscription expiration time.
Contact Data. When you contact us via email to seek service support, make complaints, offer suggestions, or provide feedback, we may record your email address to keep in touch with you, provide updates and support, and resolve your questions regarding the use of our services.
Help and Feedback Data. When you submit help and feedback data through the page, we will collect the content of your help request and feedback, including text, images, and contact details, to help us resolve your issues and feedback.
(2) Automatically collected data (For our Services User)
Device Data and Settings Data. We collect certain data about the device you use to access our services, including your IP address, time zone settings, device system, network type, browser type, device model, system language, memory, OS version, timestamp and region, carrier); Unique Device Identifiers (IDFA, AndroidID, device hardware serial number, unique identifier obtained via algorithm), screen resolution, and operating system.
Usage data. We also collect a variety of data to better understand the use of our Services. This may include network behavior tracks (clicks, usage duration), access date and time, and service log data.
Data collected via Cookies. Like many website owners and operators, we use automatic data collection tools such as Cookies to collect specific data.
(3) Data we obtain from third parties
In some cases, you may fall under both the "For Our Services Users" and "For Business Contacts in Our Database" categories above. Where this overlap occurs, the provisions applicable to each category will apply to the relevant data independently.
For our Services User
Social Media and Login Services. If you choose to log in using a third-party social network or service (e.g., LinkedIn, Google), we may collect data from these services, including your login or registration data on those services.
Paid Subscription. We may collect your subscription data (order data, transaction status) from third-party platform subscriptions to confirm order status confirmation.
For Business Contacts in Our Database
Data received from our partners and other third parties. We collect business profile data from trusted business partners and various public sources, to enhance and maintain our database, and to keep it current and up to date, so we can provide our Services. You can opt-out at any time from our sharing your data with our customers, by filling out this form: Opt-out.
Where required by applicable law, our legal basis for processing your personal data will be one of the following:
Contract Necessity: Situations where the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of, or entering into, an agreement with you (e.g., processing data is necessary to provide contacts management services);
Legal Obligation: Situations where we have a legal obligation to process your personal data to comply with laws and regulations;
Legitimate Interests: Situations where we have a legitimate reason to process your personal data, and that reason is reasonable when weighed against your rights and interests;
Consent: Situations where you have consented to our processing of your data;
Substantial Public Interests: When we process sensitive or special categories of data (i.e., data that reveals or concerns a person’s health status, ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics), and the processing is in accordance with a substantial public interest (e.g., to provide support to vulnerable groups).
We typically use the information collected to:
Provide, analyze, and maintain our services;
Fulfill requests for products, services, features, support, and data, and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistics, and surveys, and to solicit your feedback;
Improve and develop our services, and conduct product research and development;
Enhance service security and help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal acts within our services;
Communicate with you, including notifying you of service changes;
Fulfill our legal obligations.
We may also use your information for other purposes. We only use your information when we have a valid legal basis.
3. Your Data Security
3.1 We attach great importance to your data security and have adopted industry-standard practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. Where appropriate, we implement administrative, technical, and physical security controls, such as encryption, two-step verification, and strict contractual confidentiality obligations for employees and contractors.
3.2 In the event of any data security incident, we will notify you in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations regarding the basic circumstances of the security incident and its possible impact, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for active defense and risk avoidance, and remedial measures. Notifications may take the form of emails, text messages, push notifications, etc. If it is difficult to notify data subjects individually, we will take appropriate and effective measures to issue security announcements. Furthermore, we will report the handling of data security incidents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
3.3 We attach great importance to your data security and have specially established a Data Security Committee, responsible for leading and coordinating various relevant departments to handle data security affairs and regularly check data security risk levels. At the same time, the head of the committee will serve as the Data Protection Officer, whose duties include ensuring that the company fully fulfills its data security commitments. 4. How we store your personal data
4.1 Regardless of where it is processed, we will collect, store, and use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
4.2 As far as possible, your personal data are stored within the United States. However, some of our service providers being located outside of the United States, your personal data may therefore be transferred in third countries. Also, when we transfer personal data to other jurisdictions, we will ensure that the data transfer complies with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
4.3 We will retain your data until you request the removal of data or delete your account, whichever is earlier. Anyhow, you may rest assured that we will not retain your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. After the retention period expires, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your data.
5. How we share your personal data
Unless otherwise specified below or if you agree to us doing so, we will not transfer your personal data to third parties. We only share your data with selected recipients where reasonably necessary, including:
(a) Sharing with our Affiliates.
We share your personal data within our corporate group to provide Netlio to you and help us achieve the purposes described in the “What data do we collect?” and “How do we use your data?” section above.
(b) Sharing with Third-party Service Providers.
Our services may contain third-party content and integrations (“third-party services”) to provide you with better services. To protect the security of your data, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of every Third-party Service that you visit or use, including those third parties you interact with through our services. We will ensure the legality of such sharing and sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and/or data processing clauses with the data sharing parties, requiring them to comply with this Privacy Policy and take appropriate confidentiality and security measures when processing data.
(c) Our Customers.
For business contacts in our database, we may share your information with our Customers, including job boards, hiring companies, CRM companies, sales and marketing companies, and other business-to-business service companies.
(d)Business Transfer.
As our business continues to develop, we may sell or acquire other businesses or services. In such transactions, personal data is usually one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the commitments made in any pre-existing privacy policy (unless you agree otherwise). Furthermore, in the rare event that Netlio or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your data will of course be one of the transferred assets.
(e) Government, Public Sector, Regulatory, Judicial, and Law Enforcement Agencies or Authorities.
In certain circumstances, we are required by law to disclose your data, including (i) to comply with legal obligations or requirements, such as court orders, subpoenas, or other legal proceedings, (ii) to enforce our terms, (iii) to handle matters related to security or fraud, or (iv) in emergencies involving a risk of death, serious physical injury, or any risk to children.
6. What are your rights and choices
You can control and manage your data. You have the following rights and choices:
(a) Access, Rectification, and Portability.
You can access and edit most basic account data directly in Netlio. If you want us to correct personal data that you cannot correct using your own account, please contact us. If we agree to correct your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to inform any third parties to whom we have disclosed the relevant personal data so that they can also correct such personal data.
You have the right to obtain a copy of certain of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. To do this, please contact us. You also have the right to request that we transfer this personal data to another party. If you wish us to transfer personal data to a third party, please ensure you provide the details of such a third party. Please note that we can only make such transfers where technically feasible. Once the third party receives the personal data, we are no longer responsible for its security or processing.
(b) Withdrawal of Your Consent.
In most cases, if you allow us to use your data, and if your device provides these options, you can simply revoke your permission by changing the settings in the application or on your device. Of course, if you do so, certain services may lose their full functionality.
Many Netlio services contain relevant settings that allow you to control how your data is used. You can choose not to provide certain data, but you may not be able to use certain Netlio services as a result.
Account Data: If you want to add, update, or delete data associated with your account, please contact us. When you update or delete any data, we usually retain a copy of the previous version for record-keeping purposes.
Communications: If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from us, you may opt out by adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting us at support@netlio.ai. Note that we may still send you service-related or transactional communications necessary for your account.
In-App Notifications: If you do not wish to receive our in-app notifications, please adjust your notification settings in the app or on your device.
Cookie Preferences: You can change your Cookie preferences on the Netlio website at any time by clicking “Cookie Preferences” in the footer of the Netlio website. You can also manage Cookies through your browser settings. The “Help” function on most browsers and devices will tell you how to delete Cookies from your device, how to stop your browser or device from accepting new Cookies, how to have your browser notify you when a new Cookie arrives, and how to disable Cookies entirely.
If for any reason you wish to delete your account, you can contact us. You may ask us to delete data we hold about you in the following circumstances: (i) You believe we no longer need to hold your data; (ii) We obtained your consent to process the data and you have withdrawn that consent (and we have no other valid legal basis for processing that data); (iii) You believe we are processing your data unlawfully; or (iv) When we collected the data, you were under 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority under local law) and we can verify this.
If we have a compelling legal basis (e.g., for the defense of legal claims, freedom of speech, or other legal obligations), we may retain personal data, but if so, we will notify you.
If you have requested us to delete personal data you have made public, and there is a legitimate reason for deletion, we will take reasonable steps to inform any third parties to whom we have disclosed the personal data so that they can also delete such data.
If you wish to restrict the processing of your personal data, please contact us. You have the right to restrict the processing of your data in the following circumstances: (i) Your data is being processed unlawfully, but you do not want it deleted; (ii) You have legal claims that need to be established, exercised, or defended, and you require us to retain it when we would not otherwise retain your data; your objection request is pending our verification process; or (iii) You contest the accuracy of your personal data, and the accuracy of your data is pending our verification process.
Our product is intended for commercial use and, in principle, is not offered to minors. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal data from minors (we define a child as an individual under the age of 18, or the equivalent age stipulated by laws in your jurisdiction). If you believe we possess any personal data from any minors, please contact our Data Protection Officer via email at support@netlio.ai so that we can investigate and delete such personal data promptly. If we discover that personal data of a minor has been submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website and application use small files called Cookies as well as similar technologies including LocalStorage. LocalStorage will not upload your data to our server; it is only stored locally in your browser. You may clear it anytime via browser settings. These technologies help us distinguish you from other customers, understand how you use our website and products, and provide you with the best service experience.
9. Cross-border Data Transfers
As far as possible, your personal data are stored within the United States. Within the scope of the purposes described in this document, and as necessary to provide services, we may transfer your personal data to countries/regions outside your country/region. In such cases, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure your personal data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. In certain circumstances (such as involving material changes or when required by applicable privacy laws), we will send you a notice of the changes, and seek your consent when required by applicable law. If we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy, and the revised policy will be posted on this page for your review. Sometimes, we will notify you by modifying the date at the top of the Privacy Policy within Netlio. In other cases, we may notify you through additional means (such as sending you an in-app notification).

12. Additional Notice for California Residents (How we comply with the CCPA)
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) enhances privacy rights and consumer protections for individuals residing in California. We are committed to full compliance with the CCPA.
What categories of personal information do we collect?
We may collect personal identifiers, such as your email address when you register an account to use our services; transaction information; and information related to activity on the internet or other electronic networks, such as interactions with the application. For more detail regarding the categories for which we collect information, please see What data do we collect above.
Do we share, disclose, or sell your personal data?
When necessary, we share your personal data with third parties to comply with legal obligations; when we in good faith believe applicable law requires us to do so; at the request of government agencies conducting investigations; to verify or enforce our terms of use or other applicable policies; to detect and prevent fraud, or any technical or security breaches; to respond to emergencies; or otherwise to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of you, third parties, our business, or the public. You may see “How we share your personal data” to learn about more detail.
California law broadly defines what constitutes a “sale” — including in the definition making available a wide variety of information in exchange for “valuable consideration.” Depending what information we have about you, and whether we have included any of it in our marketing products and services, we may have sold (as defined by California law) certain categories of data about you in the last 12 months, as described in the “How we share your personal data” section above. The categories of personal data include: identifiers (such as name, alias, postal address, online identifiers, telephone number, and email address), demographics (such as your age and gender), education information, and professional or employment-related information (such as your current and past job history and job title).

What rights do you have under the CCPA?
If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you the following rights:
l The right to request disclosure of the data collection and sharing we do related to your personal data, including the categories of personal data we collect, the sources of the data, our use of the data, and if the data is disclosed or sold to third parties, the categories of personal data disclosed or sold to third parties and the categories of third parties to whom such data is disclosed or sold;
l The right to request a copy of the specific personal data we have collected about you within the 12 months preceding your request (together with the right above, referred to as the “Personal Data Request”);
l The right to request deletion of such data (unless such data is necessary for: i. providing the goods or services you requested; ii. detecting or resolving security or functionality-related issues; iii. complying with the law; iv. conducting research in the public interest; v. maintaining the right to free speech; and vi. performing any internal operations that you would reasonably expect).
l The right to request that we not sell your personal data to third parties (if applicable).
l The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any new rights.
With respect to the right to know and the right to deletion, you have the right to make two data requests within a 12-month period. If you make a data request, we will need to collect certain data from you to verify your identity. You will receive a response to your request within 45 days.

Only you, or a person you authorize to act on your behalf who is registered with the California Secretary of State, may make a verifiable request related to your personal data. For all requests, we will need to collect certain data from you to verify your identity.
